1. This format will be treated as a valid agreement between hirechef.in Services and the client, and both the parties are bound to follow the terms

2. hirechef.in Services Dues not Provide or Encourage child Labor it is an Offence.

3. There will be a 4 Leave for Candidates every month per Month Salary of Candidates/ Company Should be in her bank Account.

4. If the cook Helper Doesn’t want to take the Leave Monthly you should pay the salary of 4 day as well.

5. You have to give basic Necessity such as Food, Water, Soap, Oil Etc.,

6. The employer is requested to pay a travel allowance at the time of joining/re-placement of a candidate.

7. If Cook/Helper is ill Or Not Well His/her Will Get 7 Days Holidays or take them to the doctor.

8. We request all clients, to do a POLICE VERIFICATION of the Candidate. This ensures that the Candidate is free of any criminal charges in the past. At any given point of time if there is any crime done by the candidate (Civil or criminal), hirechef.in Services would not be responsible for the same

9. Our Service includes free replacement Guarantee for Maximum of 3 Candidates in 11 Month. Each Replacements of the Candidate will be Provide to the Client min one week mas 45 days

10. If the Candidates asks for a salary in advance, it is entirely the client’s decision to give the advance salary in case the Candidates leaves and the client had paid an excess salary, then hirechef.in  Services will not be responsible to retrieve/refund the same.

11. The contract period can be availed for 11 months. As per the requirement of the client.

12. release’s the Candidates so that we can find a replacement for the client. Also, the job description of the Candidates cannot be changed by the client for replacement

13. In case of replacement, the client needs to clear the due salary of the previous Candidates If the client fails to clear the salary, then hirechef.in  Services has the right to revoke replacement

14. Service Charge Not Refundable

15. Service Tax will charge Extra as Applicable

1. 1. Inform to office if you are Shifting Somewhere Else Other Wise you will be Responsible for any kind of Legal Processes

   2. Inform us before Giving the Leave of Candidates
